I just wanted to try the service out, but was not able to get in touch with anyone during the 3 day trial. After browsing the site, their listeners, their therapists some more, i realized the service isn’t right for me. So i requested a refund via submitting a ticket on their site, about 5 times, over the course of about 2 weeks. They did not reply at all. And did not refud my $150. There was a therapist who was supposed to be assigned to me, and i asked her to get in touch with them and request a refund on my behalf or ask them to get back to me. She said she doesn’t deal with billing, that they just send her clients.
This is an utterly despicable way to treat people. I’m a single parent, i’m on the verge of bankruptcy, i need my $150 back to take care of myself and my child. I did not use the service at all, and therefore deserve to get my money back.
Also, its just common curtesy to reply to your customers. The fact they didn’t shows they are not really interested in helping people. Its only about money.
I can’t say anything about their therapists or listeners, because i didn’t talk to any. But their business model is clearly a scam. I’m 100% sure.
