We contacted American Home Shield about my washing machine. A Affordable was my repair company. I was suppose to be contacted within 24 hours to schedule an agreed upon time. Rick Skipworth called and informed me he would be here in 10 minutes. Luckily I was home. He told me what was wrong and he would submit his findings to AHS so they could decide what to do. This was on April 9,2015. On the 15th I called AHS. They did not have the report yet. So I called Rick back. No reply. On April 20 I called AHS and they still did not have anything. my husband called Rick and said that we needed the paperwork submitted. He claimed he had already submitted it. I called AHS about 6:30 CST The person I spoked to this time called Rick and whatever was said but the paperwork was submitted. Now we will have to wait to see how much longer it takes to get it worki.
On a side note this same company has been out before and he had more excuses than I have ever heard. It took another contractor to come out to fix it so it would work.
I have informed AHS that I do not want this company back out again.
