As a resident of this community it disgusts me that a contractor the board hired has not only commited the above but still remains on the job.
So why is Ann Marie Shepard allowing these people to still continue to work on the property?
When asked about the theft and animal torture Ann Marie Shepard responded " The Racoons have caused damage on the property and they got what they deserved".
Leonard Mack a former board member who stepped down after a while on the board had this to say " I know, that was my issue with RPM, they were just so shady, didn't pay bills on time, over charged for things, was against audits"
