I purchased an auto warranty policy for an 2012 camaro, I figured by the time I finished financing the policy my regular would have expired. And I would have coverage. But, I later decided to trade the car for a 2014 camaro ss, so I did not need that coverage anymore. I called and cancelled the extended waranty plan that I had with AA. I did not have a problem with them stop taking the money out of my account. I having a problem with them returning money back to me that they have gotten for no reason. First, I called and talked to the man that sold me the policy name John Striker and he told me that I need to talk to a man name James Fortino for a refund. I tried for about a week, leaving messages and calling. Finally I got him and he sent me via email information that I needed for a refund. I filled out forms, got odometer statements and contract page and sent all back priority mail to make sure i had a date and time they received the information. After 30 days I called James Forinto he told me refund is being process and I should be getting something soon. After 60 days I sent an email to James and he replied process takes 30 to 90 days and that I will be getting an email telling me when I will be getting my refund.
Well on October 17, 2014 was the 90 day mark and I have gotten nothing except but two prior email that refund process is underway. I think these people are con artist and conducting wire fraud by taking people money and not providing services promise. Good I kept all of the emails from James because, I am going to file with Delaware BBB, Attorney General Office and whomever else will listen. They need to be stopped.

extended warranty due to the fact the car was used. In Aug 2014 my car started leaking oil and I took it to the mechanic
now that my warranty was going to cover what ever the problem is because after all that's what I'm paying them for. The
mechanic inspects my car and finds that my head gasket may be cracked, well the mechanic calls my insurance and they
tell the mechanic my head gasket is not a covered component I was livid I cancelled my policy right away and was told that
it would take 90 days to refund my money that was in at the beginning of September we are now into the second week of
December and I'm still waiting for my refund. I need a lawyer because this is outrageous!
