I SENT IN A REQUEST FOR A MOVE DATE OF 07/26/14 AND ON 07/17/14 AND NO ONE HAD CONTACTED EXCEPT FOR A QUOTE. SO ON 07/18 I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE. ON 07/19 I HAD TO CALL BACK BECAUSE NO ONE STILL HAD CONTACTED ME. I SPOKE TO A LADY NAMED TARRA THAT ADVISED ME THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE ME ON SCHEDULE AND THAT THEY HAD TO MOVE ME ON 07/20 OR AFTER AUGUST WHICH I ADVISED HER WOULD BE TOO LATE. I HAD TO CONTACT THE OWNER OF THEIR PROPERTY DUE TO THEIR MIX UP AND MOVE MY THINGS IN WITH HERS SINCE SHE WASNT DUE OUT OF THE HOUSE UNTIL 7/26. SO SHE ARRANGED HER THINGS SO THAT I COULD MOVE INTO THE BOTTOM HALF BEING IT WAS TOO LATE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH OTHER MOVERS. I LITERALLY HADNT PACKED ANYTHING AT THIS POINT. SO ON SUNDAY 07/20 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A LADY NAMED CHRISTINA CARROL CLAIMING TO BE THE MANAGER. SHE AT THAT TIME ADVISED ME THAT THE GIRL THAT I SPOKE TO THE DAY BEFORE WAS ACTUALLY NEW AND MADE A MISTAKE SCHEDULING ME ON SUNDAY SINCE THEY DID NOT WORK ON SUNDAY (EVEN THOUGH THE COMPANIES VM SAYS OTHERWISE). SO SHE ADVISED ME THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE MY MOVING DATE YET AGAIN TO THE FOLLOWING DAY, WHICH WAS NOW 07/21/14. I ADVISED HER THAT I HAD TO WORK THAT DAY AND COULDNT BE LATE. SHE ADVISED ME THAT THEY WOULD GET ME DONE IN ENOUGH TIME TO GET ME BACK TO WORK ON TIME. RELUCTANTLY I AGREED. THE MOVERS SHOWED UP AND STARTED MOVING THINGS. THEY FINISHED AND WE WERE ABOUT TO WALK OUT OF THE DOOR WHEN I NOTICED THAT THE REFRIDGERATOR WAS STILL SITTING IN THE KITCHEN AND THEN THEY HAD TO OPEN THE TRUCK BACK AND COME BACK IN A RETRIEVED IT. I DIDNT GET TO DO ANOTHER WALK THRU DO TO THE TIME. WE GOT OVER TO THE OTHER HOUSE WHERE THEY WERE TO UNLOAD EVERYTHING. AND DUE TO THE EARLY MOVE IN THEY HAD TO PUT ALL OF MY THINGS IN THE SAME ROOM PILED UP ON EACH OTHER. I PAID AND THEN HE HAD ME SIGN A PAPER ON A WHOLE DIFFERENT FLOOR AND LEFT. SO I GO TO MOVE IN SATURDAY AND NOTICE THAT 8 THINGS WERE MISSING FROM THE LIST AND HAD TO RENT A UHAUL ON 07/27 TO MOVE THE REMAINDER OF MY ITEMS. I TRIED CONTACTING THE COMPANY ON 07/26 BUT THE GIRL SAID THE THE MANAGER WAS UNAVAILABLE AND SHE WASNT SURE HOW TO GIVE ME A CREDIT SINCE I HAD ALREADY PAID, BUT WOULD HAVE THE MANAGER CONTACT ME ON 07/28 TO DO IT HERSELF. MONDAY CAME AND WENT AND SO DID TUESDAY AND YOU GUESSED IT NO CALL. SO ON WEDNESSDAY 07/30/14 BEFORE I CLOCKED INTO WORK I CALLED THE COMPANY AGAIN AND LEFT A MESSAGE ADVISING THEM THAT I TOOK MY LUNCH AT NOON AND WANTED A CALL THEN. AT 12:13 ON 07/30 I ENDED UP CALLING BACK SINCE NO ONE HAD EVEN FOLLOWED UP AND WAS TOLD THAT SHE WAS JUST ABOUT TO CALL ME. LONG STORY SHORT THE MANAGER EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE GIRL THAT I SPOKE WITH ON SATURDAY WAS NEW AND THAT THEY COULDNT OFFER ME A CREDIT SINCE THEY HAD GIVEN ME A DISCOUNT ALREADY BUT COULD OFFER ME A FUTURE CREDIT ON ANOTHER MOVE OR I COULD GIVE IT TO A FRIEND TO USE. I ADVISED HER THAT , THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND THAT I WOULD JUST LIKE MY MONEY BACK THAT I HAD TO USE TO GET A UHAUL TO MOVE THE REMAINDER OF MY THINGS. SHE DECLINED AND I WILL NEVER USE THAT COMPANY AGAIN. SHE WAS EXTREMLY RUDE ABOUT IT AS WELL.
