They will promise you financing at one interest rate ,and produce a an agreement asking for first and last payment and security deposit .if you send them the funds you will never see the money again .they come back with an offer at a very high interest rate will dragging there feet the entire time hoping you will except the offer, if you do not except the offer your money is now there money .in my case i never got a finale approval or any type of loan at all ,every corner i turned there was another problem or reason the transaction could not be done.$3500.00 down the drain ,talked to an attorney and it would cost me more to sue ability capital solutions or brian acosta the owner .in the process of reporting him to california attorney general.also they are not a bank and do not lend money .if i steal a shirt from walmart i would go to jail ,this guy steals tens of thousands under a shady contract and spends it in vegas watching ufc fights ,a real stand up guy .im sure his wife and kids are proud of him if he has them.
Ability Capital Financial approved a finance contract, executed the terms and created a note then requested the 1st and last payment with a application fee . Total cash investment out of pocket and paid to Ability Capital Finance was $ 1,949.58 by ACH Transfer. Brian Acosta is the agent and co-reciever on the draft. He claimed that his company was financing equipment for Big Lakes Logistics, Inc in house. NO other lender was involved. Ability took the money and delayed any funding. After 3 months passed re requested a refund per thier contract and they flat refused to refund our deposit. These people are top notch Scammers!!!! DO NOT use these people for anything. They need to be put out of business and lockup which I will agressively try to do for the next 7 years. I would be glad to share any information with anyone who needs it by email. All I can tell these thieves is "Don't Mess With Texas"
