My Husband and I invested $2800.00 in a Real Estate Investment Seminar, April 23, 2015 received information from an initial mtg, then having reviewed the intro materials changed our minds. We called the number on the reciept and we were told our refund would take about 10-14 to get back to us.

that was two months and three weeks ago. after about three weeks I called and informed them we had not received the refund cheque. They said it was sent on May 7th, after about six weeks I called again, they insisted the cheque was on its way. the next week I called and explained what I wanted them to do.

i wanted the first cheque cancelled, another cheque issued, I said I would pay whatever the charges would be to have it sent priority mail. This was on June 15th. Scott Yancey, has endorsed the Abundance Edu company training, he travels with them and teaches at the seminars. So, I thought I could get Scott to help.

I found his Flipping Vegas, TV show on FB. So I sent him a message on Facebook.

He said HE would check with accounting to see where things were at. Hmmm, sounds like he has access to the accounting office...must very close by yes?

he replied that the second cheque had been sent and I should receive it before the end of the week. it's been 9 Days and I have still not received the second cheque.

On tues of this week June 24th, a fellow named Austin called me to tell mr that the amount of the second cheque would be minus $13.00 as that is the cost of sending it by Priority Mail. Ok, he said they would get it in the mail on that day Tues.

So, why would accounting tell Scott Yancey that the cheque had been mailed last week? or is Scott Yancey just blowing smoke, to keep me off his back? I told him on FB tonight I have not received the cheque. He told me he was not going to answer every FB text I send him. I guess he doesn't want to hear anything about their scam from me anymore...?

My question is: how is it this American Training Group called Abundance Edu travel the world, (they had just come back from overseas when they were here in Canada) and rip people off everywhere they go?

i guess they use a different corporate entity for every dept of every company, they have dozens of them, all you need to to verify this claim is check out Goliath.com and check out the training program on the Scott Yancey Fipping Vegas training courses, the course is same corse that Scott Yancey ENDORSES on his TV show

SCAM

I was scammed, too. Didn't realize it for months. Reported it today. Don't go to any of these "free" seminars. IT WILL COST YOU!
