I originally thought this would be a great company to ship my car with but the lack of communication and information that was given to me, I would advise to not use this company. I write this review not based on poor performance since the company never called or pick-up but on very poor customer service. The day of scheduled pick-up, I called multiple times and sent countless emails with no help or response. I sent an email to cancel my order also to be refunded my deposit. I had to rearrange my shipping at the last minute. When I finally got a representative to answer the phone, she was rude and told me she would call me back once she took care of my cancellation then hung up on me. It's unfortunate that some companies are not honest with their services and would treat their customers poorly.
