Not sure how prior reviewer did not have the results we did (15 agents) using ACAExpress. We easily (and some agents tripled) the number of applications they were able to process for our ACA insurance customers. Much easier than other software we looked at and much lower cost too!
I ordered and paid for a profram that did nothave all the bugs worked out. I lost a large amount of business as I thought it work ultimately work. I was wrong. I paid $550, it didn't work and I estimate I lost $6,000 in the 2 weeks waiting. I gave up and wanted my money back. They refused so yes, I was ripped off inmore ways than one. I spoke with 3 other agents who were also ripped off so I amot alone. Stay away from ACAExpress.
