ACCC Insurance Company Reviews

My UNOCCUPIED car hit by their insured. Was able to only have contact one time by Anthony Chaney who said he had police report and everything looked fine and I would not have a problem with this claim. That's been 6 weeks and now I cannot even get a courtesy return call.

Called his Supervisor Christopher Fields three weeks ago and cannot get a return call from him. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered.

I have filed a complaint with the Insurance Commissioners Office. Anthony Chaney and Christopher Fields I hope your proud of your self, your ethics and dedication to your job are surely lacking!

My daughter car was parked in front of our home and was hit by our neighbor backing down her driveway. She hit her car and another car passing by and totaled our car. We only had liability on her car so we had to deal with their insurance since their driver was clearly at fault. The driver had Velox Insurance and the underwriter was ACCC in Alpharetta, Ga. This accident occurred on May 9. The person assigned to my case was Yessie Brions. After calling him and leaving messages for 6 days straight I did not hear back I finally got a claims adjustor to come look at our car and he totaled it out. He told me the report was going to be there by noon that same day. I have never heard back from Yessie. I calked left messages and he was never there. I then got the name of his supervisor Chris Fields and left him over 20 messages with no response. Same message they were either on another line or out of the office. After a few weeks of endless phone calls I called the operator and she said she would sent a email to both and it was urgent again nothing. I then got ahold of the manger of thus office Melvin Bolton. I sent him faxes and left messages. The operator said he was on another line and would call me back in 15 minutes and nothing.

It has now been almost 2 months with no phone call. I filed a claim with the Georgia Insurance Commission and was assigned a case worker. They have sent a demand letter and they have 15 days to respond I will call on Monday. I can't believe with all these complaints they can stay in business. I am going to go to their office on Monday and demand I speak to someone. I am filing a claim in small claims court in Cobb County and will be asking for rental car and total loss to our car. I suggest if anyone is experiencing what I am to file a complaint against them by going online to Georgia State a Insurance Commision and go to customer service portal and file a complaint. You will be assigned a case worker. If enough people do this hopefully we can get their license pulled. I see there is a huge problem with this company and it must be dealt with. It has been over 2 months without a car. I am taking them to court as well as their insured. Let's take a stand against them. Melvin Bolton is in charge of this office.

Was in a wreck with someone whose insurance company happens to be ACCC. The first time I called I was given this information from the person who answered the phone. Christina Miller was the agent handling my claim and her supervisor's name was Chris Fields. I have called both of their extensions a dozen times and left them both half a dozen messages. Neither one of them have ever answered the phone when I call nor have either of them returned any of my calls.

On Monday June 8th, ACCC finally sent someone to take pictures of my vehicle. The person that took the pictures told me that someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. I called them again today(6/24), because I still have not heard anything from anyone. I was told by the agent on the phone that he was sending an email to Chris Fields supervisor to inform him that Chris and Christina have not been doing their job.

I now expect this kind of laziness and effortlessness from ACCC. Going online I found out that there is not one good review about this company. That makes since seeing how they give supervisor titles to just any idiot off the street. It is a shame that whoever owns this company allows this kind laziness from its employees.

I was hit by a guy who had this insurance company and by chance it is currently my insurance as well. The guy admitted fault. My adjuster was Mel Jimenez - Vargas. I made numerous calls to Mel but never got through. After several weeks and having to contact MY agent directly he did give me a call. He claimed he had previously spoken with me and gave me details of claim etc. He clearly had me mixed up with someone else as I had NEVER spoken with him. Additionally he could not eve get the name of my agent correct. He eventually said they were to mail me a check the next day.

I waited 6 days, as mail across Houston generally takes 1-2 days. I again called him and he was full of excuses. And said if I didn't

get it in a couple days they would re-issue the check. Funny thing, if it didn't get here the first time why would he think the second would get here, unless they never sent the first. So I decided to give it a little more time. It is now 10 days since he said he was going to send it. I called today but got stuck on hold for 45 minutes and had to disconnect. Funny thing is, I'm not only the victim, Im currently one of their customers! Not for long though!!!!

My car was involved in an accident on July 13, 2014 and I had full coverage with this company. Called to inform them of accident and was told I need to obtain a police report. Spoke with my adjuster because my car was inoperable about a rental and was told I was covered up to 30 days. I picked up my rental on the 16th.

After getting the run around for 2 weeks an appraiser was finally scheduled to come and look at my car. When he came out he acknowledged that my car was indeed undriveable because my wheel was leaning completely inward. Now fast forward 2 more weeks and I finally get the inital check for damages. I send my car to the repair center to be fixed. and since its offically been 30 days I send in my invoices for reimbursement on my rental car.

A week later I recieve a check for 10 days of my rental. I call the adjuster and he says he didn't receive the entire invoice. Itell him I'll send it again and he assures me its no problem. He then calls me back and say he did have it but it dien's have the daily rate on it. I go back to the rental company and get a new invoice and fax it. Adjuster says check will be mailed next day. 2 weeks later he refers me to his supervisor who informs me they decline to pay because my car was driveable.

all this despite the fact the appraiser and the collision center say otherwise. So, you basically stole $800 of my money for rental car reimbursements on an accident that you acknowledge wasn't even my fault yet you still charged me a $500 deductible despite the fact you will bill the other company for the repairs.

RIPOFF!!!! Horrible customer service. The have caller ID so I hd to continuously call from different numbers.
