Submitted my ffxi account for sale on 7 October 2014. Received my submission ID and saw that it was "processing" when I checked 2 days later. While I saw submissions "usually" take 72 hours, I know it can longer. However, I received no response over a week later when I sent an email inquiring about my submission.
When I check my account now, it says I have "invalid information" and that an email will be sent to me explaining how to correct this. I have received no such email - and I've been sure to check my spam folder carefully as well - nor have I received a response to any subsequent emails. Posts to their Facebook page have been promptly deleted, though all I've posted is a request for a response.
I was quoted a price of $406 for my account and have yet to receive my money, nor can I access my ffxi account any longer, so accountgear has essentially stolen my account.
I wanted to sell my league of legends account and i found accountgear.com.
After i saw the site i thought they were legit and i submitted my information and they quoted me 290 dollars for my account. They would pay me within 12 hours if my account got accepted. I have not heard a single thing from them nor having gotten any money from them.
Their so called 24/7 live chat also doesnt work and is never online. They do not have use any human contact. After waiting a week i e-mailed them a couple of times i wanted the money for the account, or my account back. They already changed the password and e-mail of my account and i cant get it back from the company who made the game because ii have been scammed 3 times before.
DO NOT USE ACCOUNTGEAR.COM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!
