Now it is 5 months later and they call 5-10 times a day I called themand told them I had returned the item and was told by john Johnson aka real name probably something else there wa s no record of me returning the item and my account was going to be filed by the legal department, when I gave him the tracking numbr he sad it was no good so I sent the shipping proof and the following letter to him at [email protected]. I intend to be reimbursed and wil file a collection action against Ace Industrial Supply and any susidiaries I can locate. Ths company runs on unethical and right at the edge of fraudulet business practices. They are unscrupulous and decietful, and try to get you to pay for thngs that are not your responsability. I say we all sue hem fo rthe reasons utlined in my letter to Ace.
