Acme Prints Reviews

  • Jul 28, 2014

I am one of the co-owners of the Green Times Magazine, I have never written a bad review before in my life on anyone, but Ben Clarkson at Acme Prints at 2240 N Scottsdale Rd in Tempe, AZ at phone number 480-659-8222 has inspired me to finally give one.

They changed the style number on us without asking or being told, so we got 100 tiny girls/kids shirts (for the Medical Marijuana industry)

They applied my business card money to the shirts without authorization, and never made the business cards

Never gave us the shirts

No apology

Were late with the express delivery that we paid extra $150 for

No discount for screwing up

When we had an event that night and needed the shirts that people had pre-ordered from us

The manager Ben Clarkson turned his back on us walked into the back to get away while we were in the store and will not respond to any communications since.

Green Times Magazine | Acme Prints Honorable Company

Acme prints made up for this very satisfactorily. We continue to get shirts from them and recommend them. There was a mis-communication in the ordering process that both sides missed and we are happy with the outcome, as we always have been with this company before the mistake.

As an Arizona business our company is dedicated to keeping our business local if at all possible. Therefore, we went with Acme Prints to produce our company shirts. Additionally, we read many good things about them on the website. However, our experience was not quite up to those wonderful reviews on Yelp. As a matter of fact it was far below the standards iterated on this site Below was the result of our business dealings with Acme Prints. • They changed the style number on us without asking or being told, so we got 100 tiny girls shirts when we originally ordered mens SMLXL • The revised invoice had the number NL6200L when the original T-shirt number was NL6200 • They applied my business card money to the shirts without authorization, and never made the business cards • Never gave us the shirts • No apology • Were late with the express delivery that we paid extra $150 for • No discount for screwing up • We had an event that night and needed the shirts that people had pre-ordered from us and were unable to meet our commitment.. • The manager Ben Clarkson turned his back on us walked into the back to get away while we were in the store and will not respond to any communications since • We paid $900.00 altogether in April for NOTHING We have attempted many times to get this issue resolved but to no avail. I would say to consumers beware. Do not trust them to do the right thing. We tried. They did not. As a customer service junkie for my entire working life I am appalled at this total lack of professionalism or concern for what could be a tremendous amount of business from a growing company.
