Purchased a travel package from this company. Was told I could travel anytime I wanted to as long as it was not over a holiday. I would be responsible for paying a booking fee and taxes. I paid the booking fees, received a form to complete to request my travel/vacation package. I received yet another email requesting more information. I then contacted the company per instructions; When I tried to book my travel, I was told I could only travel during April or May or pay additional costs. I tried several times to contact Customer Service at a number the travel agent gave me, they have not been helpful at all. All they did was give me an email address of [email protected] to contact and request a refund. I have emailed them over 5 times and have not received any information. When I called back to customer service at 866-569-0547 and asked to speak to management, they were conveniently on vacation.
I am still trying to get a refund for all the money I spent on this.
