I canceled my account 3 weeks ago and have not heard an update on my cancelation or received my refund.
Mark Mitchell was my account manager with Nicole Keffer as the Support Manager in Charge and I am expecting to receive $547.55 credited back into my account.
Every time I ask them about my refund, they say they have processed it internally but can not provide me with email documentation to support their statement. Then they say that my refund must be approved by the president of the company and other departments before it is finalized.
This Monday will be week 4 and I still have not received my refund or heard any progress back from them. This is beyond rediculous.
