1. They are not manufacturer direct resellers. They go through brokers or resellers so that makes what ever they sell you much higher in cost compared to you buying from anyother reseller.
2. They don't know what products in your facility consume energy, so they can't advise you what needs to be changed. Actually before I signed up, I told them do not tell me I need to change my water flow valves on sinks, showers, or that I need my laundry machine changed. Guess what, that's the only thing they put on the report that actually saved money. Everything else was not a profitable return.
3. They gave me an estimate to do the work (on the work I told them I already was doing). It was literally 3x the cost of what I was paying. They literally went to the same vendor I was using, got the same price I got, then marked it up.
They are not professional at all. Any sales person who tells you, don't worry, just trust me - DO NOT TRUST!!!! I lost my thousands on their service, don't lose yours.
