Well where to begin. We are in the specialized transportation business and move heavy cargo over the road. We were given a challenging haul from Heaters WV to Quebec. I put it out to all of your vendors and Chuck responded that he could do it via specialized rail. We handle over the road trucking and Admyrd was supposidley a company that does specialzed rail service. We signed a contract with his company back in Oct 2014 to complete the project. He also requested that we send him the total amount of the funds up front to start the work. Thank the good lord that we did not agree to that. We only sent him $33000 which was a portion of the total scope of work. The money was sent via bank wire. He was supposed to arrange for transporters to pickup the two units and take them to the rail spur in Grafton WV to be loaded out on rail cars and start the process of moving the up to Quebec. The day that we were supposed to load them up in Heaters WV the trucks never showed up.
After all of this mess the plant said we had to have the cargo removed from their site by Oct 31st or our customers cargo would be scrapped and they would forfit the funds that they purchased this cargo with. I pleaded with chuck to return our monies immediately so we could look for other options to meet this deadline. He got them loaded out on transporters on the final day before the cargo was going to be scrapped. This was two weeks after I had pleaded with him multiple times daily to return the monies that he took from us. He loaded them up on these transporters and agreed to pay them $50,000 verbally just to get them off of the property. $50,000 to the transporters to get them off of the property was way over anything that he had in his budget. He also was required to have special train service via the rail which was about double the cost of the regular rail car cost he advised us. He doctored emails and documents to make us believe that he had the proper rail clearances when in fact he never did. He was also where over his contracted budget and no way he could complete the work with in the terms of his contract. He lied and cheated us out of $33,000 that was paid to him in Oct. He also has put us in debt with a trucking company for $50,000 that has possession of the cargo at the moment. He contracted with them for this and has never paid them one cent. This was back in Oct and we have sent him demand letters for our funds to be returned and he has not done so.
We are now in the month of March 2015 and nothing. He will not take our calls or return them whatsoever. He has put us in an $85000 hole and these pieces are still sitting where they started. He is a crook and a thief and the world needs to know. Please do not do any business with him. He runs his shady operation out of his apartment in CO and has zero employees. If you search for his company he has been sued in the past for the same type of scenarios. I believe based on the information provided that he had the 100% complete intent to defraud and steal. He is very dishonest and does nothing but make excuses and hide. There is no place for him to go and I will do whatever I can in my power from now until forever to recoup our lost monies and make sure he cannot do this to any other innocent companies out there. He has now risked my livlihood that I have built over a number of years. Thanks Chuck Malook you crook.
