My car was taken in to Pep Boys to be repaired, the job was said to be a 8 hr job. That turned into a week and 5 days of rental fees that they will cover up to 25.99 . However my rental fees were $50.00 a day . I missed several days of work going back and forth at the repair shop, because the company were jerking the repair shop around. Called for two days trying to get payment, however finance people would lie and say they were faxing payment over and not do it. This happen twice. This took place in November 2014
In March 2015 , took my car in because the parts that Aeveres sent in were faulty . It has taken a month and they are still playing games. I have to leave my car at the shop for 3 days and rent a car again. To be reimbursed 25.99 a day. Whee can yo rent a car for that price. I am disgusted and they need to be dealt with. However Drivetime doesn't have a problem texting me three days in advance for my car payment.
