Age of Learning, Inc. Reviews

  • Jul 25, 2015

In 2013 I bought a year subscription to abcmouse.com. My daughter used it for about 6 months and flew through the site. It became boring. I incouraged her to continue to use the site. She did every now and then until our subscription ran out and the site would not let us log on anymore. I told her that was ok I only paid for one year. I thought that was it. But today my wife showed me a charge from abcmouse. This is 2015.......Hello.... So I called them and ask why I was billed when we had not used it for two years. The lady on the phone said that I had never canceled the subscription. I told her that I had only paid for one year and that was suppose to be it. All she wanted to do was argue. So finally having enough I told her to cancel and refund the money for two years. She told me she couldn't do that. But she would cancel my subscription. I said fine cancel and let me talk to someone higher up. He was of no help either. People need to be ware of abcmouse.com's tactics. They just think they can commit fraud and get away with it. Something has to be done. Abcmouse is doing this to everyone. Like me most do not know. I would like to see a class action lawsuit. Nobody in USA should be able to get away with this. Everyone please speek up and let Abcmouse.com know they will not get away with this.
