Purchased phone 28 Mar was told by customer service Apr 3 to return it would be 7th day. Drove down, gt there 7:15 they were closed, sign read 9 AM to 8:00 PM. call customer service and was told today the 4th was the 7th day. I went down 40 miles each way 2 days in a row. This is Friday 4 Apr. was told no yesterday was the 7th days. Spoke to Customer service probably 8 to 10 times in the week with complaints of crappy service. was told last nite thurs by 1 Supervisor that the problem was a merger with Cricket and the towers were going to be problem from 27 Mar. to APR. 10th. Every time I spoke to a supposedly supervisor seemed like it was a liecause all had something different to say so one wt. ould say that was wrong. I had said was giving me $25.00 Credit back in my bank accountd or listen derstan. No, one was giving me 1st Mo. free. No, They did not understand that they are supposed to help customer and satisfy them. None of them did, all wanted to do something else not resolving the issues.
I left message today for supervisor to call me. that was 12:15 and now 4:01 still no answer. WOuld no give me management corporate number.
The day after I bought the phone I returned it to the store as I hato means d very bad reception and got crap.
