AirBagIt false advertising

I purchased AirBagIt suspension for a 1999 Ford F 350 SRW. Kit was shipped missing parts which took over a week to receive. Upon removing leaf springs to install front front axle suspension it was discovered transmission cross frame was in conflict with new mount, cross frame was modified by installing shop to accommodate mount location. I contacted AirBagIt to discuss the extra cost incurred to install their advertised "bolt on kit" on Sunday 5/8/2016 by email to their support email. A Joe Morrow immediately replied stating I was attaching and calling AirBagIt a crook instead of addressing the issue at had. Emails exchanged throughout the day between the 2 of us with Joe's latest replies stating the kit we are installing isn't AirBagIt's furnished parts and name calling was included. Email statement was also made that if I pursed reibursement for additional cost incurred to install this bolt on kit I would not receive any future support from AirBagIt.

Buying the less expensive air ride kit from AirBagIt and not paying the extra money up front and go with Kelderman Air Suspension. Working with professionals is worth the cost. Stay Clear of This Company...

I spent over $4000.00 plus $1000 to have the parts installed. first they sent me the wrong parts so i had to send them back and wait for the right ones to arrive. when i spoke to the salesman i was told this kit would make my truck ride like a caddy and it also said that in the add. the truck does not ride like a caddy!!!! after the kit was installed i had several equipmet leaks which were not caused by the installation.

After about 2 weeks we removed a rear airbag because it was leaking . i called and told them the problem and they told me to send it back and when they checked it they would send me a new one so in the mean time my truck would be un usable or i could buy one from them and install it then send them the bad one back and then they would reimburse me. when we removed the bag the metal parts were already rusted. i guess the powdercoating wasnt verry good.

A few months later there was a clunking comeing from the rear trailing arms, we took them apart and found the rubber bushings were distroyed. i called them and told them what had happened and he told me i should buy the upgraded ones and i told him that for $4000.00 they should provide bushings that will last longer then a few months. after a few phone calls and getting verry frustrated i did use some inappropriate language. they agreed to send me the upgraded ones but still wont pay for the shipping, this truck was never used off road or for heavy towing. at this point nothing has been done to correct the problem. i would NOT recommend this company to anyone. i just lost $5000.00

Arbagit is unsafe to operate vehicle after installation of kit

Airbagit kit sold which was to per advertising "100% bolt on kit". This statement is false, the only follow up received from salesperson Yuri and Joe Morrow is the kit is "100% bolt on" and the issues incurred installing their kit on my vehicle has not been an issue in the past. I have written Airbagit and called with no resolve. Vehicle is unsafe to operate due to a very abrupt shimming after hitting bumps in pavement. It is looking like the kit will need to be removed from the front axle due to kit is unsafe to operate with Airbagit kit installed. The person responding to my previous complaint, Linda has not made any attempts to contact me to resolve.

Remove Airbagit kit from front axle of vehicle, recover costs incurred to install and remove what is advertised as a "100% bolt on kit" to stock factory condition. Airbagit kit sold to modify vehicle from factory operating suspension condition is not safe, or roadworthy.

Airbagit does not have any follow up or desire to correct their kit.
