It took three trips out to our home for this company to remotely diagnose the issue. (which was very simple) We had to BEG the third guy to please at least look at something while he was here rather than just remove the filter, blame the issue on it, and leave - as had happened on the prior two visits. The technician was incredibly rude -- when we expressed our feedback on the trouble that we had had with the company previously, he said 'I don't have to listen to this, i'll just leave'. I advised him that would be fine, that we would call someone more knowledgeable and with some form of customer skills. He pouted as he left, returned later in the day and charged $75 to tell us the outside vents to the unit were clogged. He advised that cleaning it out would cost an additional $200 -- which we kindly and promptly declined.... and cleaned it ourselves... for free. I do not advise using this business unless you want shotty work and to be treated terribly by someone that you are PAYING to offer you a service.
