After signing with AJ Lamba he is nowhere to be found. I had agents knock on my door asking why my agent wasn't reply back to them because they had serious offers on the table. There were more than 10 agents. After numerous calls he finally answered and scolded at me. He said that I was not to speak to the other agents and that he had a strategy. 6 weeks on the market and he did not preent any offers. Called RECO and found out this crook has many many complaints. Fired him and went with another agent, and guess what? my house sold in 2 days 110% over asking. So if you are thinking about hiring AJ Lamba, DON'T. He is a real idiiot who doesnt care about his clients.
