I purchased a dishwasher from AJ Madison. I was having a total kitchen remodel. I purchased the dishwasher in July on Sale. The kitchen was being built. When I finally opened the packaging (Bobst Eco Pack) the dishwasher was damaged.
It appeared that the dishwasher had been dropped. The door was bent, as well as the side and bottom of the dishwasher. I contacted customer service, and they told me that I had not notified them in the 48 hour period. They would not do anything to resolve the issue. I asked AMEX to look into it, and they tried to resolve the issue with AJ Madison for me. Since it had been a few months, payment was issued to AJ Madison, and there was nothing AMEX could do.
I would not recommend buying anything from this merchant. I was forced to purchase another dishwasher....But NOT from Them! Buyer Beware!
