NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM!!! I order a gym waist trainer on May 8th 2015. Today is June 9, 2015 and I have not received my item. I emailed the company twice and they never replied. I also tried to contact them through their instagram account but they blocked me. Right before they blocked me I notice there were three customers asking where their items were. The boutique ignored them yet they were responding to the new customers that they have plans on scamming too. This company is a Complete Scam!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ON THEIR SITE!!!

I have checked many times the status of my package not knowing that alot of people have already been scammed. Today I went to do the same thing cause in the back of my mind im thinking it must be on back order or something. Something was different I came across a rip off report by someone with the same problem as me so i readed it and she basically told my story
Purchased pre-order dress from this company on 2/20, to date still have NOT received order and no one will respond to emails. I understand pre-orders take a longer amount of time to receive BUT this is absolutely ridiculous! Meanwhile someone from company is always posting on Instagram! ! Bad business people beware! Unless you want to give away your money and never receive merchandise DO NOT order with this company.
I ordered from Alana Sky Boutique on April 29th. On May 12th I contacted them to see when my item had shipped because I had not heard anything. They replied and said they have an up to 3 day processing time, then 7-14 days for shipping (even though their site clearly says 7-10) I said ok, so wanted to know if they knew what day that would be. No response. I emailed again a week later, no response.
Then again a few days later, no response. I contacted them on instragram since that is where I first saw them, their answer to that? They blocked me. I have since reported them to bbb and will be reporting them to shopify where they do business from. DO NOT order from them. You will never get your item or a refund. They are rude and will totally rip you off.
Beware of this instagram (IG)online boutique. Reviewed her/his page based on a shoutout from a IG boutique that i frequently shop with. In the bio it says instock orders ship in 7-10 days. Ordered two in stock sun dresses and instanly recieved an email confirmation about receiving my order& my $$$ and i received my order# stating i will receive an email with tracking info when order shipped .. On the 8 day i decided to inquiry via email. No respone for 2 days. Sent 2 more emails, still no response. So now we are on day 23 and i have not heard anything about my order. No response to emails, so I contacted this person via IG with no success. However this person started to post message asking for customers to be patient, as she/her put it "I only have two hands". Then 2 days later this person post a phone number and an already provided email address as the way to customer inquiries on IG.
I called and got no answer. Next day called again, no answer.. Still no product or any info about it. At least give the status of the order but no response after I spent $$ is tacky and disrespectful. But the comment of be patient i only have two hands was really tacky...Those two hands were able to post on IG but not respond to a customer. I learned my lesson from IG boutiques hope someone will also learn from my experience.

After 6 weeks and still not receiving my dress I left a message on their IG page telling them how unhappy I was that I hadn't received my item and that no one seemed to be concerned with my repeated requests for an ETA for this dress. 2 days after leaving my remark, Alana Sky Boutique unceremoniously blocked me from their page.
To date, April 29,2015, I still have not received my item. Fortunately, my bank was happy to refund the money back to me and issued a chargeback against her account yesterday. I should have been suspicious when I saw that the online boutique doesn't accept PayPal. There are/were numerous complaints on the page about people paying and never receiving their items, although she has probably deleted all of those comments and blocked the users. I would never recommend this store to anyone. BUYERS BEWARE, this store is developing quite the reputation for taking people's money and never delivering the goods promised. You have been warned.......

I placed an order and made several complaints to both the vendor directly and Storenvy because my products never arrived. Alana Sky Boutique NEVER responded to any of my many messages both on instagram and via email. The customer service rep from Storenvy did reply and basically said thanks for your complaint, we have shout them down and unfortunately you can't get your money back! Please don't waste your time or money at this boutique you will get nothing in return...well maybe a headache!
