This store has many men shoes,I bought one pair of men boots form him.

on their description,they said the boots are made of genuine leather

but after I got the boots,the smell of the cow leather is too strong!

about 1 week later,the smell was gone ,and I can wear them

I really don't like the smell of cow leather!!!

I don't know why did they make shoes with natural cow leather

though the quality is good,the smell is not good.

NEVER NEVER USE THIS SITE. NEVER NEVER WAIT PAST CREDIT CARD PROTECTION OF 60 DAYS OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.ORDERED MUD FLAPS AND NEVER GOT THEM.INVALID TRACKING # AND WAIT WAIT WAIT.ALIEXPRESS TRIED TO GET ME TO WAIT EVEN LONGED RUNNING OUT CREDIT CARD PROTECTION SO NO HELP FROM THEM. GOT MY MONEY BACK FROM THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY.NEVER NEVER AGAIN.SCAMMERS.

I recieved item in mail about a month after ordering. It was a small item, as I was testing the website. It worked long enough for me to tell all my friends that it was a great deal, ultimately becoming responsible for my boss spending over a hundred dollars on aliexpress (a subsidiary company of alibaba, china). Who knows if that stuff will work. Anyway there are tons of evidence of counterfeiting going on with alibaba and aliexpress. I was unable to submit a complaint or dispute because when it came it worked, and I clicked that it came fine and worked. They force you to submit early feedback so that when it breaks, the feedback is done. Just so you know when the feedback is asking you if it arrived, don't reply until you test it out. Better yet, buy ebay or amazon. Alibaba does not own the products it sells like amazon does, and so they do not have control over their vendors. when disputes are in fact submitted successfully they are tossed out, or not even reviewed. My emails and complaints were not responded to (it's been a week already), I assume they will never respond. Also along with contacting aliexpress throught their maze of artificial chatting and mazes of directions, I was able to submit an official complaint. Again, no response in five days. I also emailed the suppliers personal email address, no reply in 2 weeks. I also left a message on my order page for the supplier, no response in 2 weeks. I think I left a third message to the supplier somewher in there, a third different way, and nothing. So not only does the supplier take your money, aliexpress does not discipline them for doing it. This was my very first experience with them. Don't make the same mistake. For news on the counterfeits see below link. Also they started emailing me about how they have trusted vendors too. But what difference does it make if aliexpress itself doesn't respond in a week, or even send an email that they got the message? If them make 10 dollars on every american that buys from them, thats a huge overall profit. Don't do it. Thats why they are still there, and probably why alibaba incorporated on the stock exchange this year. To get out money. Alibaba is larger than amazon, ebay, craigslist combined. It's the china version of these stores. But they don't have the governmental oversite to be honest, until they do. They lose my support.

Bought (2) 1480 video surveillance cards through AliExpress from a guy named Russ Galer. Less than 2 months later; the software started popping up a message; You may be a victim of a counterfeit video capture card that is not supported by Geovision sureillance software. Unexpected errors and instability might occur".

Neither computer is working and the seller does not answer the emails through the platform. AliExpress has deleted my emails on their platform because they do not want to deal with it. Do not buy through AliExpress. They don't care if their sellers are criminals or not.

This seller ripped me off well I send the hair back and the seller receiveEd it but never gave ame a penny back also kept the wig so I got nothing and they got to keep my $300 and hair do not buy anything from this seller I started. Facebook page

then we can get the package soon.no mistake. Please send with your post office ,Please write sample hair on the package , and write small value $10 on the package .please only use post office.is will no more customs fee

I have been a customer of Aliexpress.com for well over a year and have made many purchases with no issues up until 12/31/2013 where my orders were cancelled and I was requested to provide reason of a chargeback for order ending in 9945 for in which I did as well as provide a copy of my drivers license id, credit card used to place my new order and proof of cancellation of chargeback cancellation from fraud reason(bank error) to "item not as described/broken/damaged"

I have been patiently waiting, I have never had any issues with any sellers other than the ones I have disputed via aliexpress and have always provided valid documentation and/or proof for the reason of the dispute/chargeback. It is imperative for this issue to be resolved so that I can place orders for my business that is growing, which now have been stalled and this is causing a financial catastrophe for me as I have to refund people. I was asked to provide sensitive proof of identification yet my account is given no time frame for when it will be verified which is unprofessional. I "obeyed" the request from aliexpress.com yet was place in a limbo here and need my purchasing function via credit card back, it will truly defy the purpose of using aliexpress if I have to pay using another method which takes longer to process payment and the charge for making the payment which sometimes exceeds the cost of the order itself.

There should be no reason why there is a ban for me to use my credit card and why is should take longer than 3 business days to verify the documents that were requested. My card issuer told me that as per the request from the email I received from aliexpress for cancellation of chargeback as fraud to not as described was given to them and is easily accessible through the merchant account/payment system.

This matter needs to be escalated to someone who can assist me in a timely manner and efficiently approve and re-instate full function to my account. If Aliexpress can not do their part and verify the documentation to reinstate the credit card order payment function then they should not be requesting it and just cancel your account. Also, since Aliexpress is a worldwide business platform it should adhere to the same policies that sites catering to the USA market have to abide by. It is unheard of for business to be conducted in this manner. I have been going through hell for the last 2 weeks with generic and repetitive customer service chat remarks. I have never experienced anything like this before.
