Mr. Scott Karosa is not an honest person. I went to work for him as result of a friend who was working with him at the time. My initial impression of this man is that he likes to brag about who he (thinks) is and knows in the community. I took the position reluctantly, but wanted to help my friend as Karosa required his talents.
After several months I resigned due to lack of understanding the mortgage business even though he was the broker. While I worked in his office several individuals quit working with him, two women and two men. He pursued and hounded a key employee who quit and begged him to return, offering a $5,000 bonus (it appears he has a habit of doing this). Only to lose the employee several months later due to Karosa’s lack of business acumen.
He is egotistical and likes to bloviate. It appears that he has a personality disorder as he needs to lie in order to make himself superior to others. The people that know him stay clear of him and don’t do business with him as he does not fulfill his commitments. He is an extremely lonely and self serving-individual.
I have read the reviews on him from others. Be aware and very careful of doing business with this man. He does not honor his commitments.
