This compnay is fraudlent and does not deserve to be in Bussiness. This company charges extra to move your things and charges a arm and leg. They have been reported to BBB for fraud and are beinig investigated. Please stay away from this company they seem like they are a moving company but in reality they are not a good choice to move. This is the only Company I would stay away from they are not liget at all. When speaking to them they do not use there real names. I repaet if you value your time and Money Stay away from them. Thye are not good at alll. They do not deserve to be ibn bussiness and the gentlmen that wrote the last Bad review is correct . They are not good at all and need to go back to school to get some type of bussiness classes
Absolute and total rip-off! So far, I have basically given thousands of dollars just to have my stuff stolen from a moving company. This is easily the worst moving company I have ever worked with and I urge anyone reading this, please, please, please, spend your money with someone else!
First, the estimate...
Rosa came over to my house not once but twice to make sure the estimate was as accurate as possible. The second time she came over we were nearly 100% packed up, so it was just counting and creating a list of items for the estimate.
The estimate was $5,002.50
When the movers came, they initially laughed about the estimate. Then they started packing everything up. They were almost entirely packed up and the lead guy came up to me and said the total was going to be nearly $8,000. Rosa our "estimator" was off by $3,000!!!! Seriously?? I told him no way, take my stuff off the truck and forget it. He then came back and said, well, we can do $5,600 but I can't move your couches, they won't fit.
So now we're $600 over but not moving two couches, one love seat, one armchair, and an oversized ottoman... Did Rosa miss that large set of furniture right in the middle of my living room?
Finally, needing to get the move going. I said fine and went with it. Needing to get out of my house that day and on my way to California, I asked the lead mover if his guys could help me move the couches outside so I could just put a free sign on them (there goes more of my money). He said not to worry, then proceeded to wrap them up and put them in the moving van because he knew a guy that might want them... so they did fit?
Literally, right in front of my eyes, the movers STOLE my couches and charged me more to do it!
We are now 10 days later and my stuff hasn't even left Houston. When I call to get an update, all I get is the run around. We'll call you later. You need to call between 3-5pm. Sorry you called after 3 and we're closed. Someone will be here to pick it up tomorrow. No, no one has picked it up yet. Every single person I have talked to has been rude and decidely uncaring. I am sorry to inconvenience you, but I'd like to know where my stuff is.
Oh, did I mention they promised me that it would be delivered 5 days ago!!
I am nearing the point of writing off all of the stuff I had shipped and just filing a fraud claim.
Do not choose these fraudsters. They will take your money, steal your stuff, and never fulfill any promises. They are an absolute joke.
I was just getting ready to schedule my move with All Services Movers. I received a quote for over $11,000.00. An inside source contacted me and enlightened my on who they actually are. BROKERS working out of Boca Raton, Florida, @ 500 Spanish River Blvd. #8
The guy who runs the place goes by the name Bobby K. His real name is Bruce. He uses a "Call Faker" software to get people on the phone. Bruce's cell number is: 239-333-8095. I spoke to this guy several days ago, and he will LIE to get your business.
I also spoke to some nasally boy named Mike. He claimed to be the sales manager. This place brokers out jobs to the lowest bidder. DON'T BE SCAMMED!
Bobby at All Services Movers lied to me. First, he kept calling from different numbers. Then, he shmoozed me over the phone telling be they are not Brokers. They have ONE truck registered with the D.O.T. I got suckered. The truck that arrived was old and dirty, and there were only two guys to move my four-bedroom house and one of them didn't speak english. It took over three weeks to deliver my stuff 900 miles, and I had to pay an extra $1,000.00 before they would unload it. DO NOT USE ALL SERVICES MOVERS!
List of complaints from recent move (Washington to California):
- Bed slats missing
- Large scratch and dent on table stand, glass shelves also scratched
- Edges of couch are clearly scuffed
- Delivered a box that isn't ours!
- Company has made no attempt to speak to us despite over 10 phone calls and voice messages to them explaining the situation. We are clearly being ignored after repeatedly asking for a manager that we are told is not currently in the office every time we call. All Service Movers have never called us back.
- Did not pick up on time despite "guaranteed pick up date" on contract
- Caused issues with our landlord by not picking up on time and delayed our interstate journey significantly.
We were told that the company uses all their own trucks and are not a broker. This is incorrect as they clearly used other moving companies for the move and never used their own trucks. The delivery drivers actually told us that the company we used are brokers. I was also told that the company is a local company from Seattle/Tacoma. This is clearly another misrepresentation of the the truth as they are based in Texas not Washington.
Calls to managers were received in Texas. They refused to contact us when there were problems with our move. All Services Movers are clearly lying to customers about the way they do business, falsely assuring customers they are not a broker and use all their own trucks.
Do not use this moving service under any circumstances.
