My daughter and I came into the store,, all 4 kids today, to buy a leapster 2 /game ,we bought the game brought it home and put the game in her leapster ,,her game console went all hay wire and wouldn't work. So I called the store thinking it was the game which it was ,because she had just used her leapster 2 earlier today and it worked fine. So I called and asked to switch the game for a new one but before I left the store I wanted to make sure the game actually worked ,but instead none of the games I tried worked because the "first" used game that we bought screwd up her whole game console!!
So now I'm mad and I have the lady working to call the owner of the store ,who said she couldn't do anything about it! Then proceeded to slander my name and reputation,,I'm hearing everything the bussiness owner is saying over the phone to her employee,,apparently her phone volume was turned up so loud! She didn't kno I could hear her.i couldn't believe my ears ! I have only gone back to that store one time ,because of my daughters leapster again!Jessica the owner should make sure that everything works properly before selling shotty leapster game consoles and games because this has been a nighmare .
now my poor daughter does not even have a leapster that works ! Every one in Monticello DO NOT GO TO ALL 4 KIDS everything there is junk and used and over priced . Not to mention how incredibly rude and nasty the owner is . I have put hundreds of dollars in Jessica the owners pockets and she has the nerve to say I'm "one of those people" all because I my poor daughter wanted her leaoster to work!
