I was in a car wreck in october i left with the ambulance and my vehicle was towed to this storge lot behind a this aluminim fence. The next day i went to allied to have my vehicle released to my auto insurance to have it towed to the bodyshop of my choice and to get my things out of my vehicle. This lady kinda of heavy set with short black hair keept going on about what allied can do. I saw her as very rude since I was on the phone with the insurance co trying to find out what I needed to do for them to release my vehicle to my insurance co. OK the day after the wreck I was told I would feel the pain caused by the wreck and I was at this point. This lady kept saying they would waive the $250 or $500 deductable and they don't report to car fax everyone else does, we have a life time ganrutee on the parts used for the vehicle, ect. Well my insurance said I just needed to sign a paper to have my vehicle transfered over to my insurance co and my insurance co would have my vehicle towed to the body I chose which was harris county body shop. The lady behind the desk gave me a paper to sign and I asked here while still on the phone with the insurance co was this paper for my vehicle to be transferred over to my insurance co for my insurance co to pick up she said yes. By this time my attention went from her going on about what allied can do to the now increasing pain in my neck and shoulder. Then she kept asking for my claim number I ask her why she said for your insurance company to cover the the storage fees. I gave her the claim number then she gave me another paper to sign I asked her why she said it just gives them permission to inspect your vehicle on our lot. The next day I called to see if my vehicle had made it to the body shop and it never did. I viewed my insurance claim online and seen that my insurance co had issued allied collision a check in my name to pay for repairs. I then called my insurance co to have them stop the repairs but allied collision gave them the run a rounds as well as I. Unfortunatly allied collision is still reparing my vehicle as of today which tomorrow makes a month since allied collision had my vehicle. I will keep you all posted on what happens next with my vehicle. I honestly believe the post I read about this company now that I have fell victim to how they work. I believe the are misleading people by lying about documents and waiving fees. This company needs a visit from the IRS for an audit of there records and how they conduct business. It's obvious that I'm not the first or last person that where victims of allied collision.

Allied Collision Auto Repair and their employees are the most unethical and immoral people I have ever had the displeasure to meet. I was hit from behind last week by one of their wrecker drivers when he was on duty. We were stopped at the light at Hilcroft and the Southwest Freeway, the light turned green and their driver slammed on the gas and hit my FIVE day old car before I ever had a chance to accelerate. He was driving with no license and insurance. His manager (Johnny Vilandos) brought these items 20 minutes later and gave me their insurance information and said they would pay to have my car repaired. They later committed insurance fraud by lying to their insurance provider and said I caused the accident by backing up into their truck. I had 4 passengers in my car who are witnesses. I also have 2 other witnesses that arrived later when Mr. Vilandos asked to pay for the repairs in cash without involving insurance. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, the Texas Department of Insurance, the City of Houston as they have somehow placed them on the Safe and Clear Wrecker Approved list. Allied Collision Auto Repair has committed insurance fraud and their insurance company is complicit as they knowingly allowed them to submit false statements as fact. I would stay clear from these unethical and immoral criminals.

First lesson: never trust a tow truck that rushes to your "rescue" after an accident, unless you called for them to come. That's how Allied Collision Team (14429 Auto parkway) tricked and later scammed me after I was hit by another driver in West Houston by Wilcrest Dr. & Westheimer. I asked the tow driver many questions and even had my boyfriend come to help, and we were put at ease by his answers and lured in with the convenience of a tow, rental, and storage for no fee. Wrong! I later paid the price for this "convenience". Once we got to their shop off Hwy 6 I was given paper work for the car rental (allied collision later claimed they are not affiliated with the rental company?? Makes no sense) and signed it with the assurance the other driver (found at fault) insurance would handle all the charges. Second lesson: do not sign anything these people give you without reading the fine print. This is a common and dumb mistake, but I was just in an accident and vulnerable. Later on, they claimed the paper I signed was an agreement for them to fix my car. This paper had no terms and was obviously misrepresented to me by the truck driver.

The main issue came after the insurance sent an adjuster and gave me an estimate, I called Allied to work on negotiating the rate to fix my car. To my surprise, that had already started working on the car. At this point, the two simple and basic front desk girls (Joanna and Miley) took turns lying to me and pressuring me that I had to pay the full estimate price. It's an estimate!! Plus none of their business since the insurance issued the check to me. In addition, my dad gets discounted car parts from Dallas and we knew the actual price to fix the car (far from the estimate). At this point, I wanted to get my car out of there ASAP. I went there and the rudeness, disrespect, and lack of professionalism was unbearable. They refused to negotiate on the price to fix my car (claiming they HAD to go off estimate) and refused to give me an invoice on the work they had started since I wanted them to stop touching my car. There were no signs posted or on the paperwork I signed that said they were an "insurance only" repair shop. I called the police so I could get my keys and take my car, when the sheriff came he said it was a civil matter and I had to file a lawsuit.

Needless to say, I have wasted time and money to get my lawyer involved. I was given all the paperwork by the tow driver and once the dispute started he was no where to be found, instead a****** Michael Qutob (general manager) came out to insult me and disrespect me even in front of the police. They are wrong for holding my car hostage especially once I asked them to stop repairs and I would pay for the work done up to that point, I was very reasonable. I was the victim in the car accident and now I am a victim of a greedy lying fraudulent collision center.

Third lesson: It is illegal for the tow truck drivers to solicit business at the scene of an accident. Now I know why. Please avoid this company at all costs. They claim they are Muslims, but real law-abiding Muslims would not treat their people or any people like this.

I got into a car accident around 0.5 miles from this location. This was my first car accident so I was unsure of the entire process. I told the policeman that came was at the scene that I did not live nearby and that my family would take long coming to get me. He informed me that he had called a tow truck for my car (since it was undrivable) and that they would take me to where my car my vehicle was being taken.

The tow truck driver came and the two truck was red and said Allied on the side. Once I got into the vehicle, he took me to this location on Bissonnet. He told me this was a storage place and that I would not be charged for having my vehicle here because it was considered storage. They then began asking me about the insurance I had and other insurance related information. I was still dazed, confused and was not sure what was really going on so I figured this was procedure. I was told by my father to call the insurance ASAP so when I entered this place, they sat me down and asked me to sign three papers.

I don't remember much but I do remember something about having their workers go out and talk to the adjuster about my vehicle for me and taking off my bumper so the insurance adjusters could take a better look at the damage. I signed three papers (never was given a copy) and was ""told"" what they were for instead of asking me to read them and then was asked to call my insurance. I did this and they got what they wanted (my claim number). I was told my insurance would be out there in two days to look at my vehicle. I know I should have read before signing but like I said, I just got into a car accident. Seriously was not thinking people would be trying to take advantage of people that just got into bad accidents.

They came to pick me up and we were given ugly looks when we went back to my vehicle and began taking out my personal belongings like my radar, work tags, clothes, shoes, etc. Nobody had been close to my vehicle back there the entire time until my boyfriend and I walked back there. This old man walked back there was staring at us while I showed him the damage. Since where they had my car was a bit closed off, I went to my vehicle and took some things and began walking back to my car around the fence (I had left my doors open so obviously was going to go back) and began walking back and the man began closing the gate on me. I know he saw I was going back since I had left my car trunk and doors open. This gave me a really bad feeling, like he didn't want me to take things from my car. It made me want to do research on the company.

I did not realize what I had done really until that night. I think I was just in shock after the accident I really didn't know what was happening. I didn't begin to cry and really take in that I had just been in a bad accident until that night. In the morning, I looked this company online and began to see they had scammed me and what they did was illegal. I was obviously not in a great state, had a clear mind, or anything to be signing anything.

The tow truck driver took me to his shop and did not ask where I wanted my car to be taken, did not do anything but take me to his shop. Signing those papers basically gave them the okay to work on my car after my insurance came to look at it. After calling my insurance and asking them to have my preferred shop pick up my car, the shop called me and said I had just made a huge mistake signing those papers. The tow truck driver from my shop asked me to go up there and sign a release, releasing it to my shop. He also said these were one of the worst and he has dealt with MANY people being ripped off and scammed by these same people. He said we needed to get my car out of there ASAP before my bill jumped astronomically.

He asked me to call and get the exact amount needed to get my car released. Randy told me they would call me back within ten minutes with the amount. Randy then asked me why I was taking my car and I said ""my dad wants to deal with the car himself and doesn't want anyone else other than him. He said ""Why? he can't fix it. We can."". I simply told him that my dad wanted it home, it is his car and I am to do what he says. That satisfied him enough to get off the phone. An hour later, I had not yet received a call so I called back. They said ""Ohh I'm sorry, hold on let me get Randy on the line"". I was on hold for ten minutes. I hung up and called back and the girl (Rachel) told me the amount. By this time, it was too late to go get my vehicle since the two truck driver would be fighting traffic, etc so we had to go the next day.

When we got there, the tow truck driver (who will get reimbursed by my shop and them by my insurance), had to pay $765 to get my car released. They charged me $325 admin fee (to put my name on a folder and me use their phone??), $105 for storage (they did say this was free), $245.45 pay out fee,$84 for ""diassembly"" because they took my bumper off my car. RIPOFF! Do not take your vehicle here. Do not allow the tow truck driver to take you here! They are thieves!
