I recently discovered that three of my translations (with Andrea Christofidou) from the Greek poet Karyotakis appeared on the site (properly cited, but without permission). I sent an e-mail asking that they be removed, as they broke copyright. After receiving a rather evasive e-mail from Kevin Watt, I responded by repeating my request that the translations be removed, but (overgenerously, I suppose now) offering permission for him to post four translations that have already been published in journals. He didn't reply, and the translations are still there (one of the ones I offered has a link, but it goes to a page with no poem -- though it's billed as "a poem by Amunet Wolfbane", "Written with peter j. king and andrea christofidou"). I've now repeated my request for them to be removed, giving him seven days before I start taking legal advice.
Well Kevin Watt's Allpoetry.com site is a major problem they rip people off of money. And then try to claim your work as their own work and then Kevin Watt will find some way to ban you off his site cor good him and his so called mediators upon site like AnnD and catz and Amunet Wolfbane and Knight ofTheRose they will all work together and find away to get you off site and they are all rude people.and Kevin Watt will not help you because as he says he gets 4,000 emails or tickets a day from members on his site so it this is the case why didn't help the nameless victoms upon site but he didn't just let it happen over and over again till he banned them forever but it's okay to keep paying members right but ban the other one's humm I think not?Because he letting get harassed on site and threantened and stalked and then he calls you a plagiarism and if your disabled or have a disease you will be put down for it on his site and Kevin Watt will not do anything about it if you go to ask for help besides ban you or have AnnD to did his dirty work for him thats his mediator on site.
All the mediators on site will say your a plagiarism or plagiarized your own work and indeed theres links all over the web showing that that Kevin Watt And His Mediators do indeed copyright work of others and get by with.
