Been at Alemeda Villas Apartments Properties that they own for three years now and security gates are constantly left allowing anyone access to apartments. They do not oversee the apartment management activities. There is no adherehnce to city and health codes. Trash is left scatted in all areas and pets are allowed to run at large.
There is also a possiblity of rent fraud occuring. The manager of Alemeda Villas has friends amont the tenants which could construed as conflict of interest. There are tenants rules in place, but they are never enforced.
Certified letters of complaint have been twice, but to no avail. There is absolutely no security at Alemeda Villas at all. This complex was advertised as HUD, but HUD does not recognize it. Multiple families have been discovered living in one apartment.
