Alterra, what can I say. A huge waste of money and time. They are never on time, never complete the job, always have pest issues afterwards. They offer "free return calls" to address problems. They don't show up on time for those. My neighbor got them as well. Rodent problem in the attic. The kid borrowed my neighbors step ladder The kid poked his head into the attic access, didn't have a flash light, asked to borrow one, when denied he used his cell phone to look but never went past the access. He also broke the drywall attic access. Buffoon! Said he had to set a trap but didn't have peanut butter and asked for the client to provide it. He was refused the peanut butter. The kid called his buddy who took 30 minutes to arrive with peanut butter. They woulldn't come back to check the traps whebn reported that they might have been tripped by a rodent. Intead, they chose to let the carcus lay and rot stinking the house.I would be up and have my dogs in the garage for the appointment time. They didn't arrive or called and saaid they would be late. Now I have to leave for work and leave the dogs out (not leaving them to deficate and urinate everywhere for hours until I get home. The service was at best a half hearted attempt. They would always reschedule on their schedule, not the customers. Now, I don't want them because of their lousy service and they want to bill me and charge me a late fee as well. TERRIBLE service. Ill equiped, Ill prepared and a customer service center that just really doesn't care and threatens to report youo and file against your credit report. All for $89.00 which is now $92.36. Unbelieveable...
