I took Test X Surge Natural Test Booster in February of 2014. I too came down with some health issues but did not link the two together. If anyone else has had any health issues related to this product please contact me. I would be interested in hearing what some of the side effects you may have had.

Amazon allows buyers to steal from their sellers using their A to Z Guaruntee. A Buyer left me bad feedback for a product they purchased from me. The feedback was describing the product, which tells me that the buyer received the item. I also have perfectly valid tracking information. When I asked the buyer to remove the feedback, they deleted it, then opened a claim through Amazon's A to Z guaruntee, claiming they never received the item. I had tracking, and a screenshot of their feedback, and Amazon refunded their money for the claim.

I don't get it, how is that fair at all. A customer quite literally stole an item from me and Amazon just lets it happen. Makes me realize how much of scum they are over there at Amazon. They do not want independant sellers on their website, and this is one way to get rid of them. They also hire hispanics in poor neighborhoods and drive them to factories in unmarked white vans and pay them $8/hour and charge them $20 for the ride to and from work. Modern day slavery. This company is abselute scum of the earth. F*** you amazon. Go suck a fat d*** you shady f***s.

I ordered this product 4 weeks ago on Amazon.com. I have tried many different products before, so I would consider myself someone that can tell apart an effective product from a useless one. Let’s just say I felt absolutely nothing and saw no results taking this one. After a few weeks, it started to make me somewhat suspicious, especially seeing all the positive reviews, so I decided to look into it. See my findings below:

Besides the fact that the product page makes false claims (like many other supplement companies – no real surprise there!), there is an evident scheme being run by the company to fraudulently exploit the Amazon ecosystem. Let’s see why this is the case.

Upon closer inspection of Ubervita W700 Thermogenic Hyper Metabolizer, it becomes obvious that the company is flooding Amazon with fraudulent 4 and 5 star customer reviews to increase the product’s ranking and sales. The company is also doing it very fast and is obviously not shy about adding this many fake reviews every day – the fraud is screaming from their detail page – and whenever a real reviewer comes in to complain about the fraud he is immediately offered a full discount (to shut them up).

I am very surprised that Amazon has even allowed such a product to become the #1 best-seller.

Here are some of the obvious signs of the scam:

The most obvious is their reviews. It’s almost comical: the number of reviews for Ubervita W700 Thermogenic Hyper Metabolizer has increased from 0 to 800+ in a matter of 3 months. Reviews come in bursts: it is not uncommon for this product to get 30-40-50 reviews in one single day. The vast majority of these reviews are 5 star reviews, which are obvious scams: they are all condensed (approximately the same length, same style, and saying exactly the same things) and most are first-time reviews from users who never left another review before. Look at these examples:

.amazon.com/gp/cdp/member-reviews/A2ITZLIB49RJUZ/ref=cm_cr_pr_auth_rev?ie=UTF8&sort_by=MostRecentReview

amazon.com/gp/cdp/member-reviews/AFNHW2MQYO20O/ref=cm_cr_pr_auth_rev?ie=UTF8&sort_by=MostRecentReview

The majority of 1 and 2 star reviews on the other hand come from people who have extensive review histories – these are the real reviews. As mentioned above as well: the company quickly reacts to those people by offering them a refund to silence them.

Second, the company is virtually non-existent: Ubervita appears to have absolutely no standing in the industry and up until now has only sold products on Amazon. The company has no history or presence in the press, nor on social media, nor any other platform or medium.

Finally and most importantly, their ingreidents: the dosing of the ingredients is hidden behind a proprietary blend. Nevertheless, Caffeine is the ingredient with the highest presence; this is of course a very cheap ingredient and in contrast with the grandiose (but sadly false!) product claims (example: “Most powerful and trusted Thermogenic Diet Pill in the industry”, “Fat Burner used by elite professional athletes”, “offers a formulation of elements that are scientifically recognized to increase the body’s metabolism”). For me, this is another proof that this product is simply made to scam people.

I was actually highly surprised that Amazon didn’t catch this scam so far, especially that this product is now #1 best-seller in its category on their platform. It makes one wonder about the role of big corporations such Amazon in protecting the unsuspecting consumer.

It remains to be seen how long they manage to perpetuate this scam. In the meanwhile, I would advise anyone who reads this to steer clear of Ubervita’s W700 Thermogenic Hyper Metabolizer and all their other products which are being sold leveraging the same scam.

I ordered a $1,798.99 oven from HCcost through amazon on April 8th. I've been using amazon several times per week for 7 years now. And I've never had any issues with vendors. They took the amount out of my bank account immediately, even though amazon asks its vendors to do it at the time of shipment of the item.

April 25th. I took the day off and waited in my home. Nobody never called me to say "hey, we're downstairs, trying to deliver your appliance" (we live in an apartment building.) Instead, my husband, not me, had a missed phone call from our doorman. Nobody showed at our door or called me to let me know that the oven has arrived. I called the delivery company about 30 minutes after my husband informed me that he had a missed call from the doorman. They stated that "the driver is too far away at this point and would have to come at the beginning of next week." Awesome!

When I called on the following Monday, I was told that they "don't have a truck coming to that area any time soon." So I was forced to wait until Friday, May 2nd. I am located 5 miles away from New York City. That's a highly-populated area. So I don't see why I had to wait for another 5 days due to their mistake.

I took another day off on May 2nd. I received a call at 7 a.m. on from someone working for the delivery company. He was informing me that the oven is on its way and "should be there shortly." I tried calling back, but nobody responded. When the delivery people showed up 2 hours later, it turned out that the oven was not even in their truck?!

I kept calling the delivery company's phone number for over an hour until someone bothered to pick up. I was then told that the oven was received by them broken... and they were waiting for a replacement. That makes zero sense to me. If they received a broken item and knew about it immediately, why did they make me take the day off from work to sit around and wait for them? Naturally, I was very frustrated about this. They promised that my oven will be delivered by the following Wednesday - May 7th.

I took a 3rd day off work. But when it was April 6th and nobody had called me to schedule a time for the delivery, I started calling both the delivery company and HCcost. I found HCcost's phone number after a lot of digging. Here it is in case someone needs it: 800-299-9470. (Side note: when I called, I heard a message saying "Hello and thank you for calling APPLIANCES CONNECTION." Really?! So they do business under a different name too.)

The shipping company and HCcost started pointing fingers at each other. I received no apology for wasting 3 personal days off work.

Now here's the worst part:

I had paid an installer to come on Wednesday and Thursday to work on my kitchen. He charged us $150 for the GAS oven's installation, which I cannot do myself. Many specialists do not allow you to reschedule your appointment on such a short notice (less than 24 hours in advance.) And that was something that I specifically told the delivery company personnel over the phone the previous Friday. To make matters worse, I had people coming on May 9th for a granite template. And they require that all items are available to them for review (cabinets, oven, sink, faucet, etc.) They also require 7 days advanced notice for rescheduling appointments or add $95 to your bill. I've already paid them for the granite, so I can't just pick someone else.

The woman on the phone at HCcost (or should I say Appliances Connection) was not apologetic at all. She sounded like she couldn't care less. She offered no explanation of any kind. She also didn't know where the oven is or if it will be delivered on Wednesday... Thursday... Friday... or at all. She said that she'd call me back, but she never did. When I called back (during business hours), nobody picked up. The people working at the shipping company are claiming that the oven will be delivered on Friday, May 9th. I've taken another day off work. Hopefully it will really get here in one piece.

I ordered this oven on Amazon, because I was expecting a smooth transaction and delivery process. But so far, I've wasted 4 of my personal days from work. On top of that I will most likely be forced to pay $150 to the installer.

Do not do business with this company! They are a bunch of crooks who will take your money and then lie, hide and deceit you. There are plenty of reputable companies where you can take your business. This is NOT one of them.

Avoid at all costs!!!

I purchased three items from Amazon.com a couple weeks ago, the last being a pair of shoes. I tried to apply a gift card balance to my order, and I thought I had applied it successfully. The order was priced at $41+ and approximately $39 was on my gift card at the time of purchase, so my invoice told me I would still owe a little over $2, which I opted to pay by debit card. A few days later, I checked my bank account and noticed Amazon charged $17.49 to my debit card! I called immediately to find out what had happen and resolve the issue, and I was told that the gift card balance had only been applied to two of my items, because there was not enough money on the card to pay for all three items. In otherwords, they will not let me max out the gift card, and then charge the remaining outstanding balance to a credit/debit card, like every other store I have ever shopped at would have done.

There are so many things wrong with this policy!

First: I cannot use the rest of my gift card balance unless I happen to find an item I want that is within that balance (there is now $15 left, so that will be difficult...which means I might just be out $15).

Second: I did not get to choose which item was not covered by the gift card. Instead, Amazon chose the most expensive item from my order for me to have to pay for out of pocket instead of with my gift card (how convenient for them!).

Third: When I first checked out with Amazon, I was told that the gift card had been applied to my entire order and that only about $2 would be owed. I never received any notification by phone or email telling me there was a problem processing my gift card, which means if I had not checked my account, I would have thought that I was only charged $2 instead of $17.49. This is poor customer service on the part of Amazon and could have resulted in additional problems for me, such as overdrawing my account if I had not caught the error in time.

When I called Amazon and was informed of their asinine policy, I tried to cancel the order. I am a college student on a tight budget, and this order now put me $15 over budget. I was told that I could not cancel my order because half of it had already been shipped. I was told to reject the package upon delivery, and I would be refunded when the shipment returned to Amazon. However, USPS left the package on my porch without waiting so much as 15 seconds for me to answer the door, so I was not able to reject the package. Plus, Amazon went ahead and sent the second half of the shipment instead of holding it.

Furthermore, I tried the shoes on, and they are about a half size too small. So now I am stuck with shoes I paid way too much for that are too small and a $15 gift card I most likely will not be able to use!

Beware when trying to use Amazon gift cards! Please warn your friends and family about Amazon's scamming policy! Encourage them to shop elsewhere and save themselves a lot of heartache!
