BAD: Windows will come out of adjust ment, ier, the top part of the window can become a fraction of an inch lower than the top of the bottom window, resulting in the two parts not 'matching up', making it impossible to lock the window. Top window must be pushed up by hand or with a tool like a screwdriver. Complained shortly after windows were installed, and a 'rep' came to house to adjust. He was the foreman when the windows were installed. He made an adjustment to something on the frame of the lower window. "That's all you gotta do" he said. Almost all of the windows in my house have come 'out of adjustment' at one time or another. Some are now. America's Windows, I cannot recommend your windows, for I consider the locking problem a major issue.
