This company was given all monies owed to order and install ALL new vinal windows to my home within 4 weeks but the windows got here almost two months later, and they were all the wrong size.(not by a quater of an inch or even an inch, but 2 - 3 inches) When I asked why, they said they could "shim em up" but instead they got irritated and pulled off the job and never came back, leaving huge gaps where the window are not sealed or caulked on the out side. I call and call and get promised they'll come back but they don't. The boss got tired of me calling them that he gave me one of his employees number so that I can call him, but to no avail. All I want is what I was promised and what I PAID FOR. I paid for a service and the company doesn't care that my house is colder now than before. Haven't seen my gas bill yet. Don't get me wrong, I don't want anything for free just what I was promised and agreed written on my contract. So now I suffer and have COLD FEET because of the draft that comes in. And last night I even heard one of my closet doors creeking back and forth when the wind was blowing outside. But who cares?! There are other excellent companies out there that suffer because these guys make it harder for homeowners to trust contracters. And watch out for their spin off companies that their employees run. Birds of a feather flock together.
