American Auto Salvage provided the absolute worst customer experience I have had with anyone, ever. I was told to come by at 7:30a for my part, and the sales rep was late.
After asking in the office, saying I was here for a part I ordered, I was told nobody knew his cell number (yeah, right). I waited in my car for 40 minutes, finally getting someone in the office on the phone who said he had been there for 25 minutes!!
I asked for a small discount for my obvious inconvenience and was virtually laughed at and insulted by the woman who rang me up; also saying she would have just left the store and not bought the part! There is an employee who believes in her business!
My sales associate said I should have just asked for someone else to help me, which I had done and they said they couldn't help. You can bet I'll never be doing business here again!
