Today on june 30 2014 i recieved a phone call from 580-279-1276 their company name is AMERICAN CREDIT LENDING SERVICES. they proceeded to tell me that my husband was going to get arrested because he had an upaid loan. NOW my husband NEVER had any loan open. nor has he even gotten one. they told me that if he didnt pay 498.58 right now that in 30 days someone was going to his work and arresting him. all i could do was burst out crying because it was just impossible to believe. i then handed the phone to my husband and he spoke to them. as soon as they started talking about him to going to jail for an upaid loan my husband suspected something fishy. he is a Marine, so of course he was going to ask 21 questions. he asked for the guys name which was chris walker, fake name of course, and he then asked for the companys name he owed the money too. but the guy wouldnt give us the company name. my husband then asked if he could speak to someone else about this to make sure it was not a fraud or scam and they just told him ( we will just jave your attorney call you about this ) and THEY HUNG UP!!! i was so pissed at the fact that people can actually do stuff like this. he then called back and told them we were repoting them for scamming and they will soon get contacted by the law.. i was so scared for my husband because he has never gotten arrested before and i didnt know what i was going to do. also these people were getting upset with us because we told them we werent gonna pay them the money. he said we owed a total amount of 8,567.89. BULLS*. these people are scammers!! never never never send them money. thank god we caught on to what was happening.
