I have taken many classes in the past 10 years withthe amerian Heart Association I paid for a class $335 to be exact. The class did not begn on time no textbooks or teaching was peovided and sfter testin no certification was provided. The instructor said 'I'll send it to you in the mail in a couple of weeks". I have never experienced this before. I have yet to receive a refund or a response from the education departmen for this 'imaginary' class.
I have been an RN for ten years. I ave taken 20 classes in the past with the american heart association. However, I have never taken a class that was so disorganizedand and unprofewssional. I have yet to receive a refund for a class that I paid in full ($335). I contacted the education department with no response. I has been one month now. I do not understand how you cantake a class pass a class and receive no certification.
