I just happen to run across this rip off report and saw a familiar face ....her name is karen acevedo who also used the last name Rios. Karen had a company called american residential mortgage here in colorado she moved offices several times. She would rip off all her vendors and would never pay them or her employees. If she did pay her employees all the checks would bounce not only was there no money in the accounts they had been closed long before she gave us the checks. She had several cars repossessed in 3 years. Then she would move her loan broker company somewhere else change the name and start over and never pay those employees either. Anyone who comes across this women should run a** fast as they can. I couldn't beleive my eyes when I saw this report then her linked in page came up along with face book and I thought wow ...I thought she was in prision for all of her fraudulant activity but I guess not now she's in Florida doing it...and running some bogus mundo latino wine instead of scamming people in her mortgage buisness but it makes sense she's in Florida just incase she has to flee to Puerto Rico...do not do buisness with this person ever!!!!!!!!!!!
