We sent an inventory list of parts we wanted to sell to this company. Dealt with a guy named Gary. He agreed on a price and agreed to give us 300.00 extra to deliver. We thought we were delivering to a company, but it turned out to be a personal garage./ When we arrived he claimed they were supposed to be brand new, that was never discussed that they were new. Some of them were, some had been used. But they advertised that they sell used parts on their site.
We agreed on a price of 1500.00 for 478 pieces of tools. and 300.00 delivery. When we arrived we asked to be paid before we unloaded. He started picking the tools , saying they were not new, and parts were missing and he would only give us 1100.00 and no delivery fee for the entire load. The load consisted on totes full of tools and tools that filled a l500 Gmc truck, up to window in back of truck and back seat filled as full as it could be. After several discussions and he refused to give us what we agreed. After much discussion we had no choice but to take what he would give us. It being a 12 hour drive. This was a 700.00 loss for us. I would caution anyone else that does business with this gentlemen, to be more careful than we were.
