Before I signed up for this company I spoke with one of the representative he was telling me bits and piece about this company he hung up on me so I called back again and got someone else on the line he spoke with me briefly very agressive and he hung up on me ,so then I called the third time and got a lady I explain to her what happen she claim she was going to reported it.So she start telling me about this program and you got to pay 199 for this forclosures and preclosures homes but never mention no terms and conditions until I got ready to use my credit card.This lady had me to take her personal number to call her personal .When I got register I spoke with customer service and told them what I'm looking for I still haven't recieve anything in the mail and I just got register on September 10.2013. I have been calling them two and three times a day .They tell me they going to send me listings to my emails never get them the one that I request it be the wrong ones.I done spoke to several manager and they haven't been no help at all.They told me to drive by the homes I like and send a contact letter to them address that the homes suppose to be for close on .I drive by the people stilll living in the house.These people haven't help me at all .I call and ask for rental houses they send me apartments.I call to ask for something in my area where i live they send stuff all cross the country.I called them and told them I need a refund they said after ninety days I know I 'm not going to get money back.I hope nobody else get involve with this company its a ripoff.

After numerous times of calling after realizing it was a scam they still wouldn't let me get my "refund" back. I had to wait 90 days. I called up figuring it's Thursday my 90 days are up Tuesday let me call. The first representative told me "oh looks like your 90 days were up on the 13th (which was yesterday) you can cancel. Go online click on terms of service ( which in fact is terms and conditions, there is no terms of service) then click on cancel activation." I went on it only to find out none of that was available and in order to even get a "refund" you need 5 letters of denial.Now I call back get the rudest representative. He ask me for my name and last name told me he couldn't find me. I gave him my i.d number and told him " I would like to speak to the owner Susan Quinn." He asked me why and said that couldn't be possible I then asked well give me a supervisor he said why....I then began to inform him that they lied about my refund dates one on the 19th the other said it was yesterday and that I was tired of the run around. He got really nasty and told me their is no run around I then began to read the complaints of them being a scam and told him don't you worry I won't be the first nor last on reporting you guys to the B.B.B!!! then some nice words followed and he hung up. Please for anyone and families looking into this look no further please this is a scam!. Thank God I used a pre paid because I read about a couple they took almost 400.00 and in this economy this is just so cruel!. Thanks a ton americanstandardonline.com ;)
