VOID! These scammers did work on our place less than 2 years ago when we had a leak and took 11 months and cost us $110k. We thought right away that they did a shabby job with poor workmanship and only paid them a part of their ridiculus bill. They decided to fight it in court which is coming up soon. Well the membrane that they "fixed" is fully leaking again and even though we told them that they are still persuing a court action against us. And to top it off, they are now claiming that the $40K we gave them had nothing to do with this bill and are saying it was for other work. SCAMMERS!!! AVOID. This company had employees sitting around doing nothing all day and we were paying for that?! Plus they did nothing correctly, and even as an inexperienced trades person ...I could tell they were doing it all wrong. Drains that won't drain now...siding that is falling off the place, different colour drains everwhere that weren't put back to their original spots, redo on the membrane because they didn't do it right the first time but we still got charged and much much much more. The list is endless. Now to have the membranes leaking again and having to hire a new contractor is just too much. Scammers and fraudsters and I suggest you avoid at all costs.
