Ok, it is Angel Sindayen, a Mechanical Inspector, City of Los Angeles
I had read mild to worst comments about him from other people but I could experience myself first hand now.
He thinks he is a very hard working deligent worker of Building and Safety Code violation department and he thinks he will get a gold medal by being tough with people. He is like a robot or person with no heart or sympathy towards homeowners.
He enjoys giving a hard time to home owners. He goes and checks far more than what the plan says and enjoys adding unnecessary loads. He is truly Angel with devil's characters.
I am even suspecting that he works with outside code violation business for his personal gain. If you do not go through those guys, your life will be measurable as hell (he will make it by adding unnecessary requirements and spend additional thousands of dollar). That's what he is doing to me.
If this continues I will file a formal complaint through DA's office and FBI. I already have collected possible evidence by now.
More will be updated after I meet him again.
If he screws me I won't sit idle. I will let you all know his action in detail.
