This company is the worst company I ever dealt with. They let my clients who call wait for 10-15 minutes many times, other times the call will just be disconnected from their end.
They never respond to emails, they never return my phone calls when I call to complain.
They charge in advance for services that they dont provide and then there is no one to talk to about a refund.

They will pick up the phone, and put caller on LONG hold... I spend a lot in advertising for generating calls/leads on the internet... But as soon as there is a call generated, they waste it... 2 minutes, 3 minutes, and this time 5 minutes!
I called and emailed them about this problem SEVERAL times, but I didn't see any improvement in their quality of service... If you are spending a lot of money to generate calls, you shouldn't use Answering Specialists http://answeringspecialists.com/ or they are gonna waste it all!
