I ordered a transmission from this supposably reputably company only to find out that Noah only sells lies and deceit. I ordered this transmission on May 12, 2015, it was suppose to come in 3-5 days, well it didn't come until 2 weeks later and it was no good. It took another week before Noah would answer the phone only because I called him from a different number. TWO WEEKS LATER I RECIEVED ANOTHER TRANSMISSION THAT DOESN'T WORK. Since then Noah has not returned any of my calls, text or emails . I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A LAWS SUE. I have reported this business to th BBB . DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY AND I WOULD SAY DON'T PURCHASE ANY THING FROM THEM.

February 2015 - I was searching online for an Used Transmission for my 2003 Jaquar, so my Email and Number was listed, I was contacted by Joey, Told me he had a Transmission with 75K for $1000, which inncluded shipping... I was amazed at the price, he sounded ligit, So I ordered the Transmission. it was shipped to my Mechanics Body Shop, my Mechanic called and said the Transmission was received, but it was not the right Transmission, It was not for a 2003 Jaguar, per my Mechanic it came off a real old model Jag!! So after I ended my call with my Mechanic, I immediately called Joey, His phone was no longer accepting calls!! So I called the 877-792-3434 and NOAH and answered the phone, I explained the situation to him, he told me that Joey was Fired for selling the wrong part to another customer, but for me not to worry because he was gonna take care of everything.. Noah sent out a BOL (Bill of Lading) which has the Address to a Modern Auto Parts in Michigan, but when I dialed the Number on the BOL, it was to Smith Auto Parts in Anderson SC!! At this Point im like What in the world is going on!! So I called Noah Back, Left him a Vmail, he called me back I told him We have a big problem!! He then informs me that they have no record of the Transmission being picked up!! I informed him that The Transmission Was Picked up by The FreightCenter.com from my Mechanics Shop, My Mechanic was given a tracking number!! I called the Freight Center, they verified that Transmission was Delivered to the Address in Michigian, told Noah this because I had become frustrated, and he started yelling at me and told me to never contact him again and he hung up on me... So I Contacted the Attorney General's office in Florida and Filed a Complaint!! A day later, My Refund was back in my account!! So Today I received a Call from NOAH Yelling at Me because I SUPPOSEDLY DUPPED him out of Money! He said they never received their part back, so I suggested he go to MICHIGAN where he fraudently had it shipped to pick it up!! He Started cussing at me and called me a B......and a ****!! At this Point I'm Laughing at this Stupid Idiot!! The Most important thing is I GOT MY MONEY BACK!!! BUYERS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Using internet, email, and telephone I purchased a used Subaru engine from Noah Permenter. It was reported to me as being a very nice working engine with 120K miles. I also received a one year warranty. After my mechanic received the rusty engine he called and asked about sending it back. I needed to get back home to Wisconsin so I asked him to try and make it work. A week later he was able to get the engine in the vehicle and when he took it for a test drive, after two miles all the coolant was being blown out of the overflow tank, a telltale sign of blown head gaskets. I sent Noah a video of the engine idling with bubbles being blown in the overflow tank. He informed me that he needed pictures of the engine to show his vendor to prove that this was the engine that was sent to me? I took several pictures and sent them to Noah. That evening he called me and was shocked at how rusty and ugly the motor looked.

I said the problem I have with it is its a non-runner. He said he was going to contact his vendor in the morning and get me my money back. The next day I received an email from Noah stating that his vendor claimed that the engine in the pictures was not the engine that was sent and it was all the proof he needed not to refund my money?
