The way this company operates is disgusting. My 75 year old mother was taken by them on a leak detection they performed. they gave her a b.s. report and marked the deck at a location referring their plumber to repair it for they are not licensed. When my mother told me this, I checked on them and the plumber they referred to find neither were licensed. Shame on you Aquaman whoever you are. We called another contractor to come out to perform the repair and when the deck was cut there was no leak where they said it was. I had to pay American Leak Detection to perform a leak detection and they found it and had it repaired by another company. Beware of using this company for a few good reasons:
1. There's no license number on any of their advertisements (websites) as required by state law.
2. There are 2 separate websites with 2 separate owners one being Kenton Rivas and the other Lowell Ball. Who is who?
3. A consumer has absolutely no recourse when dealing with an unlicensed contractor since there is no bond to attach monetary damage to.
This company claims they work in Florida and other places on which I performed a license check and found no license under Lowell Ball or Aquaman. This company messed around with the wrong person. I will go after them until I can't go anymore. I'm going civil with small claims court, filing a complaint with the CSLB, and I will put a review on any site that will allow to post. How dare you to rip off a 75 year old lady. BEWARE
