I paid Arboriculture Services in advance to repair a tree in my yard. John Bernhard said he would be back with supplies the next day to fix tree but never returned. After several months of calling he said he would issue a refund but has never paid. Now he will not answer the phone. Turns out he does this to a lot of people. Complaints every month on the BBB for the same type of dishonesty. Those BBB complaints do not include the people that are too embarrassed, don't have the time, or just plain shocked that this type of company exist. If this sounds familiar, you've been Bernhard!!! Don't be upset just do your part and report your story so that everyone can be aware.
He's also under a different company, "cypress valley." So he's no stranger to this. Don't be mislead by google reviews because he is able to alter his reviews so they appear positive. I GOT SCAMMED BY JOHN BERNHARD website coming soon to protect the good people of TX. Tom, Plano
