I attempted to purchase gas on my credit card at the pump. The pump said to go see the clerk.
There was 9 people in line. I waited. I paid $30.00 on pump 6 on my debit card. I went to pump the gas and it would not pump.
I went back in and waited again in line of 6 people. The girl at the counter said she reset it. I went back to the pump and again it would not pump any gas.
I went back in and waited again this time with 4 people. The girl said to try it again. I did. The pump would not register to pump the gas. I went back in.
The girl said her register showed it pumped. IT DID NOT! I RECEIVED NO GAS. I went back in and the girl said TOO BAD, she said her register showed I got gas. I DID NOT! I asked for a refund. She would not give me one. She said as far as she is concerned the transaction is over.
I called the police to file a report for theft. They told me it was a civil matter and ask for the manager. I did and she said the manager comes and goes at odd hours and I could come back but he is hard to catch up with.
Bottom line........THEY STOLE MY $30.00 and I received no gas.
I would suggest you never shop there again. They are crooked.
