They offered us no warranty even though we did ask a few times....they said we cannot warranty a used tractor but we will fully check it out and guarantee it being operational and free of defect and we are good businessmen who will do the right this if there is any problems within reason.....(which is all I really expect).....Since I purchased this tractor we have had multiple problems and have had to have it repaired several times. Recently the tire had bo be repaired because of zipper failure (which is your side wall failure) .....can only be caused by being bad belts in the tire....which is a defect in the tire. It cost us $260.00 to repair it and when we called them they gave us a lame a*s answer and said gee sorry cannot help you. So much for doing the right thing!
I was sold a truck with the intentions that I was also buying a bumper to bumper warranty. This is the only reason I accepted to purchase this vehicle. When I found out it was fasle I called the company and they blamed the warranty co. (Alpha). When I called Alpha they blamed Arrowhead. Neither one callede back and when I tried to contact the Arrowhead again they blocked my phone from getting thru. My driveshaft broke 30 miles from home on a back rd during a snowstorm I contacted Arrowhead again and they just laughed. I had to pay for towing and a new U joint to get back on the road. The truck still has issues and cant get it to my jobs. Ive lost thousands of dollars in work due to this. As a result I cant pay the loan that I owe on it and cant afford to fix it. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever delt with. They are Rude, lying scam artist, that have no respect for honest people
